OWNERS – If you are renting your unit on your own please be sure to fill out and send a Guest Authorization Form to Marine Terrace to allow your guest access to the unit!

You can download these forms from the Information/Sales or Owners pages on this site. Note that if you are renting out your unit in advance for 2023, maintenance fees must be paid before the guest will be booked.

IF YOU RENT YOUR UNIT/WEEK, WE WILL NEED A SIGNED GUEST AUTHORIZATION FORM FILLED OUT AND SENT TO MARINE TERRACE TO ALLOW YOUR GUEST ENTRY TO UNIT. IF YOU SELL YOUR UNIT/WEEK AND NEED A QUIT CLAIM DEED, WE MAY BE ABLE TO HELP FOR AS LOW AS $100.

NOTICE: Beach access at the Marine Terrace Resort is temporarily closed, based on safety recommendations from Keystone Engineering. However, you are welcome to use the local beach access. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

ALSO NOTE: We have decided, in collaboration with Board Leadership, to close the pool indefinitely. Recent work on the seawall, combined with heavy rains from Hurricane Milton, has caused noticeable structural changes in the pool.
